    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class was very interesting and I enjoyed learning about how different sounds form words and the phonetics behind the words.

    Course highlights:

I learned all about the IPA chart and about phonetics and morphology. My teacher was very helpful and took her time to explain confusing concepts.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you memorize the IPA chart and read the textbook! It isn't necessary, but it's definitely helpful information!

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The professor was very personable and taught the class in a very comprehensible way. The lay out of the class was logical and very straight forward. There is also a lot of practicing in class with groups of students.

    Course highlights:

The class was very enlightening in teaching morphology and phonology of language in general. The highlights included watching videos about combining psychology of speech and seeing a person speaking, analyzing how the tongue moves to form sounds, and being able to learn the International Phonetic Alphabet.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would suggest a student that is okay with a fast-paced environment. I would also advise you try not to miss any classes because every day is packed with information.
