    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class was really fun. There is a top hat quiz every time you go to class. The labs are really fun and hands on. You need to focus on the techniques and little things that Dove says in class. The mid term and final are easy as long as you study. Look up old exams and use the top hat to study.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were definitely the labs. They were dirty and fun! I learned a bunch about different animals and I learned about leading a horse and looking at each animal differently.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you where clothes you don't care about. You will get dirty. Pay attention to the small things and look at your midterm to prepare for the final

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course was very hands on and very, very educational! I know it sounds obvious, but the way this course is taught through hands on experience is very effective for this course work.

    Course highlights:

The largest highlight of this course for me was the insane amount of real life experience you get. Every week, you have a lab on a farm with live animals and you practice certain handling or medical techniques, such as administering shots, on those animals. It was very, very beneficial to my more in depth understanding of the material.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be sure to take all of the notes from the PowerPoints and take full advantage of the opportunities presented to you in lab. Also, if you have any questions or any personal troubles, Dr. Dove is very helpful and understanding so just be sure to go to him with your concerns.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Football is the most important sport on campus. Everything is a reminder of football, from the billboards on the highway driving to and from Athens, to the scrolling ads on the UGA buses, to the spirit wear worn every day by the student body. The athletes of every sport are always made known as they must wear their athletic attire and name tags on their book.

    Course highlights:

in other words, they are like the campus super-stars. The athletes' facility is state-of-the-art, and while the non-athletes' gym is not as fancy, it is still a Grand Central Station for much of the student body.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

A degree from this school is very valuable. This is a prestigious school and typically if you are applying to a graduate school or medical school and you and another person from a small school have the exact same GPA and tests scores, UGA will be picked first 90% of the time.
