Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because not only is it challenging but it is very interesting and hands on. The Professor was very energetic and made a lecture class a little more entertaining. If you want to develop a better studying habit, this class will definitely help because there is a lot of information learned in a short amount of time that you have to know for tests and cramming the night before will not work.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were definitely the extra credit Halloween costumes that had to relate to what we were learning in class. Another highlight would be the smiling experiment where we learned that students that kept a pencil in their teeth tended to find jokes more funnier than the students with pencils between their teeth. I learned so much from this class, especially the different parts of the brain and how damage to certain parts of the brain can cause memory loss.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice would be to come into the class ready to learn and engage with your classmates. I would also advise students to come to every class because missing just one class can cause you to fall behind and you might miss some extra credit. I would also advice to always read the chapters that you are assigned because the test is based off all of the passages.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This is not a LECTURE ALL DAY, EVERYDAY class. That's what I like about it. There are fun activities from time to time. Dr. Welsh is very helpful and clear in her explanations. Be prepared to read A LOT... A LOT

    Course highlights:

Really helpful course to learn the basics and basis of psychology. Makes you more ware of the surrounding as well as yourself.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be patient and READ. Be able to exercise materials in a way so that you can apply them to situations. ALL OF THE TEST QUESTIONS ARE SITUATION BASED.
