and this just speaks to how important it is to be responsible and smart if you chose to drink.I'm a member of Greek Life here and I love it. I think it's the easiest and most fun way to get involved on campus and make some new friends. However, it can be hard to get into.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The party scene in Athens is pretty much all at the bars (which are very lax on IDs) and this has its ups and downs. If you want a wild party scene, you can definitely find it in many places downtown, but there are a lot of more relaxed places too.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Safe During the Day – During the day I feel completely safe because there are a lot of people around me all the time. After dark, I suggest walking in groups of people whether that is with friends or making sure there are plenty of people around. It is a large campus, and it is good to take precautions.
