    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

If you are a Biology major, the class is required. More than anything, I'd recommend this professor because he has so much knowledge in this area. He feels strongly about what he teaches and he isn't afraid to show it. The class is extremely challenging which is why he advises each student to make time to study. As long as you're alert in class & asking questions when confused, you'll receive a passing grade!

    Course highlights:

I learned that all science related courses aren't always "a piece of cake." That some classes, such as Organic Chemistry, really does take some critical thinking and understanding of molecular things.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study ahead! Not only that, but always go back and look over things already covered in class because things add on to previous things learned. Also, ask questions when confused. Don't wait until the last minute to seek help because it will be extremely too late!

    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I'd only recommend this course to those who have confidently passed both general chemistry courses with a B or better simply because you must have a thorough understanding of acids , bases and how they react with one another.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the course were learning and remembering the different reactions, naming the molecules and learning and applying conformations.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Take at least an hour after class to review what was done since she gives online homework based on that days lecture. The two sources that helped me pass this course came from youtube: Leah4sci and Professor dave explains; they broke down every subject that was presented in class so that I could grasp the concepts enough to pass the test. get together with friends and work on the homework's together , you never know what others may understand that you may not.
