Not too easy. Not too difficult.
The course material is explained very clearly, the discussion posts are engaging, the reading is interesting, and most of all the professor is very sympathetic to any problems that may crop up regarding your work.
I learned a lot of mental illness, but even more I learned about the stigmas that follow and the various therapies that can be utilisied to help those with mental illness. I learned that pills are almost never the best route to take but people choose that route anyway because it is the easiest.

Do the reading. It is absolutely essential. It is online so you will have to stay on top of the schedule on your own, though Professor Beck does send out weekly reminders to help you along the way. Actively participate in the discussion posts. It helps build a good basis for you and gets you noticed by the professor.
