Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Not only is the German language and culture intricate and fun to learn, but Professor Tweraser is an AMAZING professor. He's caring and passionate about the German culture, and loves to see his students exceed. He knows whether you care or not, though, so slacking will definitely affect your grade.

    Course highlights:

The atmosphere was great! Most people take Spanish, so those who take German (usually) really want to learn, so everyone is responsive and excited.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

DEFINITELY study the vocabulary. Those tedious lists of classroom items he wants you to memorize? DO IT. They may not be on the first couple of tests, but they WILL be there. I learned the hard way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The energetic yet practical teaching style of Professor Cormican makes this class fun and easy to understand. The language also requires basically no prior knowledge to fully understand as it is very similar to English.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was probably the interaction with classmates as we all began to learn how to speak the language.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would tell students that the most important thing to remember about the German course is that although the words are similar the sentence structure alters from any other language I have taken.
