Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The course gives the student an insight to the planet we live on that he or she could never get without it. The applications to the real world are unbelievable and really helpful to everyday life.

    Course highlights:

I learned how the Earth's physical systems interlink with real-world statistics and phenomenons. I can now be the person everyone comes to asking, "Where should I live if I'm afraid of earthquakes?"

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to make mistakes and quickly learn from them! You're not going to be a geology professional at the start of the semester, but if you dedicate yourself to learning the material, you can pass all of the tests. There's no trick questions, so if you study you should know the answers. Never forget to check CourseDen and prepare yourself BEFORE each class and do your required homework. It doesn't just effect your homework grade; it affects your test scores.
