Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The teacher is very thorough in what he looks for in a student's work. He spends his time wisely and does not go over class time. He requires homework and goes over what is needed for the final project multiple times so the student has no excuse not to get the work right.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were that he would often push back due dates to give more students time to submit assignments. He did not force anything on any student either. The course taught me to be more thorough and to do as much research (and time) as I can to make an excellent (or passing) paper.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

My biggest advice would be to always edit your paper. Ask questions or visit him in his office. Do not forget to check the calendar to see what may be due the next day and never put any work off until the last minute.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It's a great continuation for the 1101 course!! It has the same professor and there isn't a drastic change like there is when you move up a level in other subjects.

    Course highlights:

I definitely learned how to research properly. This course is all about writing papers and how to properly cite your sources as well as find reliable ones.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely read the assignments the professor says to. Most of the test material and essays will be based upon the readings.

    Course Overview:

This course is needed, so you'll have to take it. This professor is a great professor. He grades really hard and the work is a bit tedious, but it's worth it.

    Course highlights:

The main thing we learned was how to write argumentive research papers.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do all assignments, even if you're unsure how to do it. Just try! Come to class, those points will help you!! Talk to the professor! Get help!!
