Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Futrell was thorough and clearly passionate about the subject. He was also supportive. He knew I was facing some personal difficulties while taking his class, but he told me that he thought I could make it, and he never wavered on that.

    Course highlights:

I learned about Jobs to be Done Theory and how human experience, psychology, and sociology can impact consumer behavior and purchasing decisions.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention in class, do the assigned work, and be sure to be interactive. Dr. Futrell prefers to teach students, not statues, so ask questions in class. If he asks a question, volunteer an answer. Even if it's wrong, you'll still learn, and you'll learn more from being wrong than you would from always being right. And if there is something going on outside of class that is effecting your class performance, let him know. He is always willing to help if he is able.
