Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It's the only Organic teacher besides Barbas at VSU but besides that the teacher is actually pretty good and is very helpful. Also there is lots of very very easy extra credit opportunity at the end of the semester. Also Barbas is pretty good also, but doesn't give multiple choice tests.

    Course highlights:

I actually learned organic Chemistry other than just memorized the tests. The labs were actually enjoyable rather than boring extra work time. One highlight was the teacher giving study and life advice through the sharing of his own personal life experience as he tried to relate with our current circumstances.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study all the sheets he gives you in class and do all the in text problems. Truthfully if you have all the sheets and the book you could teach yourself the class but I do recommend showing up to class if not just for news and the little talks Dr. Baxter gives. Also do not be afraid to ask either Dr. Baxter or Dr. Barbas questions, both are very knowledgeable and are eager to help any student.

    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because the teacher is always willing to help if you cant grasp a concept and he is a very down the earth person.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course is the classroom ends up being one big happen family. You will never feel like you're alone. His notes are online and you will be able to bring them to class with you so you will be able to follow along in the lecture. His labs are fun and straight to the point.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to know the formulas and what they are used for other than that most of the stuff is just reading and comprehending the concepts. one thing that will help tremendously is forming a study group. this will help you in the long run.
