Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

He was an amazing professor, and I learned so much in his class! This subject is amazing, and it can be difficult with all of the terms and new concepts, but it is mind blowing. I will never view the world in the same way.

    Course highlights:

In this course I feel like you learn everything! You learn how psychology was created by a "magic" rock, the different branches of psychology, how these branches view many topics in psychology like sleeping problems or drug addictions, you get to see all of these crazy experiments and research like the Stanford Prison Study or the Pavlov Dog Study. There is so much to learn in this course.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read your textbook and take very good notes. When you first enter in psychology, there is so many new terms and ideas that it can be a little tedious, but it will get better! Another thing is to remember the different theories of psychology and what they believe because it will come back in the different branches like abnormal or lifespan.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because the mind is so much bigger than we think. This course really opened up my eyes. I understand how large of an impact the brain has on our life and how much we can and/or can't control. A basic understanding of our brain is key to helping us empathize and realize not only our own situations, but those of others as well.

    Course highlights:

I loved learning about different disorders. The effects each disorder has on an individual's everyday life is so important. As a future psychologist, this course was a great foundation in building my arsenal of knowledge.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would suggest that students take diligent notes. Always come prepared to the class. Do not procrastinate. Study terms little by little instead of the night before (your brain can't memorize two hundred words and definitions in five hours).
