    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Professor Sharp really loves what he teaches. And he wants you to love it too. He worked hard on making the lessons interesting and insightful. I loved how he would constantly use the Bible, different scholar articles, and his own personal experiences in the Middle East to teach us.

    Course highlights:

I learned so much about the New Testament from this course, but most importantly I learned how to answer my own questions when they come up. Professor Sharp taught us good research and studying skills in order to answer questions and never gave you the answer up front. You always had to dig deep to find it, and often he wanted you to find your own answer, even if it contradicted his.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study the reading assignments given before class. The best advice I could give is to have the study guide for the tests out with you during class and take notes constantly on what he says. You'll do really well on the tests if you have take good notes. Also don't be afraid to ask questions, Professor Sharp loves them and they will help you immensely.
