    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    First it is required for graduation. But I recommend taking it from Guy because he makes the course not only easy but also helps us learn. Except for the first day, we never meet as a class but he expects us to go and apply the stuff we read. We report to him and he gives us a lot of personal feedback.

    Course highlights:

    I loved the hands-on learning, which is what the course is all about. The course requires daily exercise and that helped me so much. Even though I was already in shape physically, it helped me realize the importance of exercise. I loved it!

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    It is only easy IF you stay on top of the daily exercise!

    Course Overview:

    This class was a lot of fun, it gave me to opportunity to participate in my own physical fitness and learn about how I can help others.

    Course highlights:

    I learned a lot about the best ways to lose body fat, and I got to participate in sports that I had never played before.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Go for it, make it the best. Don't slack on your personal exercise logs and get going strong from the start.

    Course Overview:

    This class is amazing! It teaches you to live a healthier life and it has changed my life.

    Course highlights:

    The biggest highlight of this course is my post fitness test. I improved in all areas of testing. For example, I lost four percent body fat!

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

    Be preparied to read at least thirty pages every week while taking excellent notes for regular quizzes.
