    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Relax and focus with tai chi at the start of class! Although everyone stares at you, it's none of their business. Do it to benefit yourself- it's required for you to do anyways.

    Course highlights:

Santee makes a great connections with the Marist Values, psychology, and buddhism all in one!

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Sit in the front of the class. Record his voice because he speaks very fast. By recording his voice, you may go back and add to your notes.
