    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It is a required course for biology majors. But even if you weren't a biology major, this course is great for learning more about the vast numbers of microbes living amongst us.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course has to be the lab that goes with it. We were able to culture our own plates of bacteria, taken from our classroom and even our bodies.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would start memorizing bacterial names early on in the semester.
