Pretty easy, overall.
This is a animal science class about dairy. When I first enrolled, I thought it might be boring. However, from the first day of class onward, I found the course to be so interesting! The professor is extremely passionate about the subject, which tremendously helps in learning the material.
Highlights of this course includes taking a trip next door to tour the dairy store's production factory. I learned a lot about how milk and milk products are made. Also, I learned that there are more dairy products than I previously knew about. Three presentations were required of us. They were very simple and easy. For example, the first presentation was to make a milk product (chocolate milk is an example) and tell the class what it is and how you made it (mixed chocolate powder into milk).

Advice for students:
There are only a few exams in this course, and they are not difficult. It is crucial to study everything on the powerpoint presentations. As long as you know the information fro the presentations well, it is easy to get an A. The professor does give pop quizzes. These quizzes are five easy questions. All that is required in order to do well on them is to review each lecture daily. No extensive studying is necessary for the quizzes.
