Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It provides a pretty wide blanket of Art History information which is great if you just want to know a bit more about the subject without being overwhelmed.

    Course highlights:

You learn a little about art movements from both America and abroad. But it's not heavy on research papers and memorizing tons of information like a full on Art History course.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

A lot of people never show up for class or study because they underestimate the how fast paced and specific the tests will be. Please please please utilize the TAs.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Spieth is very difficult and requires you to know way too much information for the test. He also walks around the room and will call you out in front of 800+ students if you are on any site other than his lecture, even if it is school related. I would only take this class if you have at least 3 or 4 friends to take it with you so you can tackle the class together. If you are taking for a gen ed, find another class

    Course highlights:

Learned how to memorize art pieces and details about them

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Make a study/test group with friends

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Great professor overall. Just four 4 exams and quizzes.

    Course highlights:

Since it is a big class attendance is taken with short quizzes so make sure not to skip any classes since they are random.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you go to every class.
