    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    Go to class! Her test are easy if you read over the power points! The Exam Reviews on Moodle are extremely helpful and rewarding. Attendance is mandatory! Would suggest this class to anyone interested in learning about food!

    I learned about food chemistry and food production, and food safety

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Study hard, go to class! She is very easy going and will help you if you're willing to learn!
