    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This online course is super easy and required minimal effort. There is a midterm, a paper, and a final. There are also weekly videos, but you don't have to watch these each week like he says you should. You DO need to watch the videos before the midterm and final though. Usually 3 days ahead of time to start watching them is sufficient. If you don't watch the videos you will do poorly on the midterm. I had friends who did not watch the videos and got C's and D's on the midterm/final leaving them with a C in the class. If you watch the videos and take notes on them, I assure you you will get an A in this class. I didn't even watch the videos that were longer than 30 minutes and I got an A on the midterm and final. The paper is not hard, just tedious and reptitive because it has to be about 13 pages long, but he gives you a template so you're basically answering questions about yourself. Not hard, super easy. Started it about a week before just to give myself time. There are weekly forums for each topic due each week of about 500 words. These are not hard either. As long as you put your personal input and how it affects you in some way or made you a better leader then you will get the weekly point. MIssing these points will bring your grade down fast, though. Overall, the easiest class I have taken at LSU. No class, minimal effort, it's a class about leadership so you basically talk about yourself. Midterm and Final are easy as long as you watch the videos.

    Course highlights:

Learned how to develop my own sense of leadership and my own 5 personal strengths as a leader

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Take it if you need to lighten your load for the semester or need any course to add hours/electives!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The lessons learned in this class exceed far beyond a classroom setting. This is something you can carry with you for years to come.

    Course highlights:

This is an intro course, so you can expect it to be broad. But you will learn a lot about the making of a leader. You can really begin to tap into your own strengths and discover the leader in you.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

As with any course, I would say to really focus. Build relationships in the class and study together!
