Not too easy. Not too difficult.
i wouldn't recommend it unless you have to take it...you have to volunteer with a local non-profit for at least 32 hours and get a time log signed off on. which isnt a problem if you have the time to do it. also there's really strict rules about the type of non-profit it can be...it has to be 501(c)3 which is surprisingly hard to find.
learned about some cultural stuff but didn't really learn all that much...like all the hre leadership courses.

Advice for students:
beards new TA is a real passive aggressive one...some kid who graduated in december and sends us an email at the start of the semester demanding respect from all of us and basically telling us he can screw us over if he wants to. i didn't have any reason to not respect him up until that point, but once i got that email, i automatically lost all respect for him, and that's only happened with one other person in my entire life! he also told us to get the wrong books...TWICE! read the books and focus on the key terms....for the videos i have no idea what to tell you because i knew the videos in detail and on the exam there was actually question that asked what the podium of one of the speakers said! really?? who looks at the podium, i thought we were supposed to know the actual material. and that video was over an hour long too, so i wasted over an hour and couldn't even answer the question about it on the exam.
