    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because it is an interesting course that you can learn valuable life lessons from. However, I would recommend a different instructor than the one I had. I am accustomed to online courses, however I believe this one was not the best to take online.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot of things that have to do with day to day situations. Things like how to workout for your body type, what types of food to eat to maintain your health, and many other things. The course I took was online, so every week there were discussion questions due. There is a midterm, paper, and a final. Along with the discussion questions, that's all you have towards your grade. There's no attendance since it's online.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise students to take this course if their major is Kinesiology, or if they're interested in this course. I'm not a KIN major, however I thought this course sounded interesting so I took it. As said before, this course is great but I would recommend a different instructor than the one I had.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It's a great online class and perfect for a summer course if you are at home, away from the university.

    Course highlights:

I learned about my overall health, which was very beneficial to my everyday knowledge.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the textbook! A lot of test questions come from it!
