Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class gives you an excellent experience and taste in every type of writing on the scale, ranging from informative, argumentative, and persuasive

    Course highlights:

My favorite part of this class was writing the persuasive Essay because you get to write about something you are passionate about and try and persuade others to agree with you!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Although it is tempting, do not procrastinate your essays, unless you want to be staying up all night writing them! Try to make outlines the first day you get the assignment so you have something to work off of. Also, make sure you are very familiar with APA formatting, as this was an essential part of the class!

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend taking this course if you need help learning more about how to make a resume, and if you know the job you're going into requires a lot of reports to be written up.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to work with others on a report over google docs.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

My biggest advice would be to study a lot for the quizzes, they were really hard even if you read the chapters.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Kuchta cares so much about each individual in her classes and will make as much effort as she can to help us understand what we can improve on and how we can do it best according to our field of study.

    Course highlights:

Through studying other writing, I learned so much about the importance behind the delivery of my papers. There is so much that goes into writing in order to make it effective. I also realized how difficult it is to channel my passion through writing in a way that those who lack my passion will understand. Dr. Kuchta helped me explore this challenge in order to produce a well written research essay that I was proud of.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Expect to challenge your own opinions through research and persuasive writing.
