    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I am a Health Sciences major and the course that I took was a new class in the UF 100 course that focused on American Healthcare. Not only did it teach me about the healthcare system in America but it also taught me life skills such as budgeting, eating healthier, and exercising more to be overall healthy.

    Course highlights:

The course focuses on preventative care, how to prevent diseases or conditions before they can arise. The course also goes into life style changes and how to set yourself up for success in the future. I learned a lot about the healthcare system and what changes should be made to improve it as well as how to be an overall healthy person.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Depending on who you take in this course it is mostly about participation and at least a small understanding of the concepts from the lectures.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Derek Ririe does a good job with lectures. He is open minded and will weigh several sides of a an argument.

    Course highlights:

No final, tests, exams, or midterm! Information gets a little repetitive, but you'll learn about issues created from climate change.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class. Do your homework. You will succeed.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class will teach you how to be a student while also keeping you entertained. Before this class, I wasn't really retaining information in my other classes and I didn't have much motivation or care for learning. Now, I love to learn and I have a new outlook on college and how I can make the best of it.

    Course highlights:

In this class, I learned how to become a learner not only of the material but of anything. It helped me obtain a broader outlook on perception, myself, and identity of a greater cause.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

don't procrastinate, actually read the material, and engage in class. There are assignments every week but doing them will help your discussion class go smoother. Don't go on your phone in class either or you'll miss attendance points.
