Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

They operate on a plus minus system so receiving an A- would not earn you a 4.0 GPA.

    Course highlights:

The academic system here is also tricky.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

They usually get the local police involved and enforce the rules at all times

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course went over a lot of information. It gets you thinking about what defines a social problem and who it pertains to, along with why.

    Course highlights:

This class opened my perspective on the world as a whole. One of my favorite units was the last unit on empathy and how it can be used in every unit in the course.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't put the work off, the sooner it gets done the better. Actually read and think about the content!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it was very intriguing and doable at the same time. Nothing is worse than a class that treats you like that is the ONLY class you're taking, am I right? The professor is very knowledgeable and articulates the material well. The exams are hard to complete though unless you have a partner to work on it with! Overall a great class.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were learning the material and then watching a film to solidify what you had just learned. I learned about the economy, gender, relationships, and climate change. My favorite topic was climate change, I am aware of my problems I previously had no knowledge of.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Take notes and under all circumstances work with a partner on the exams!
