    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Sarah is such a fun professor to have! She's absolutely spunky and sassy, which not only makes learning fun, but highly engaging. You can tell she really knows what she's talking about and is extremely passionate about sociological studies.

    Course highlights:

The main highlight from this class was having Sarah as a professor, but the next best thing was all of the interesting discussion that happened among the students. You could tell that they all came from such different backgrounds, so they all had something unique to contribute, which added so much to the overall experience that everyone had. Also, learning about hegemony and how weird social norms really are was absolutely fascinating to me.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

This is such an awesome class for any major! I think it's great for everybody to learn about the ideas brought up in any sociology class so that it can maybe open their eyes a little bit to how weird and awful we really are a society.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

They operate on a plus minus system so receiving an A- would not earn you a 4.0 GPA.

    Course highlights:

The academic system here is also tricky.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

They usually get the local police involved and enforce the rules at all times

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course went over a lot of information. It gets you thinking about what defines a social problem and who it pertains to, along with why.

    Course highlights:

This class opened my perspective on the world as a whole. One of my favorite units was the last unit on empathy and how it can be used in every unit in the course.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't put the work off, the sooner it gets done the better. Actually read and think about the content!
