    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    This is a great class to take online. It's not too difficult but the things I learn in this class I can easily apply to my everyday life.

    Course highlights:

    The best part of this course is keeping track of your own diet and learning how to improve it easily. I learned that I need to keep better track of the things I consume to help me now but more importantly years down the road.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    To succeed stay on top of homework assignments. They are always posted a week in advance, do it them right away.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    This course was so insightful and really helped me learn about the food that I consume on a daily basis and also my own body. If you really try in this class and do the work and readings you will get so much out of it. The program the course uses was so amazing with how it broke down your meals when you tracked your diet for three days, I ended up using it to make my own meal plans.

    Course highlights:

    One of the highlights of this course for me was definitely learning about food labels. My instructor went into depth on the topic and even had us do a final project which consisted of examining a lot of labels at a grocery store. Safe to say my mind was blown when I actually really had to pay attention to the labels and notice things I always looked over.

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    Put in the work and you will gain a lot from the class. Don't go in with an "I already know this" attitude, but go in with an open mind and be ready to learn and absorb tons of helpful information.

    Course highlights:

    Highlights were learning new techniques and habits to incorporate into my daily life to live a healthier lifestyle! I learned the true meaning of living healthy.

    Definitely put in the effort and time and the professor will reward you!
