Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is an excellent course that teaches you the basics on how to become a successful manager. Christy is an excellent professor who genuinely cares about her students success.

    Course highlights:

My favorite part of this course is when we learned about motivation. We discussed what motivates employees and the different motivation theories. We also learned and got hands on experience working in groups. Which was a challenge at first because you have no idea who your working with, but as time passes you seem to become more comfortable with the people you are working with and learn a lot about them and yourself along the way.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you go to every class. She gives you 20 points of extra credit for perfect attendance! How easy is that?! Take good notes and stay on top of all assignments. Follow these steps and you will get an A.
