    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course is unique due to its self paced philosophy. The class is self paced except for a for a few point deadlines to keep you on track. In addition to that there is the option to choose which content to learn over the course of the semester.

    Course highlights:

I learned quite a bit of new teaching technologies during the semester. In addition to that part of the class is making your own portfolio which can be later used for applying for jobs.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Just try not to get behind or else you will have a difficult time trying to catch up.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely take this class (in person) with Kris. She was amazing at working with the computer and I learned so much to take into my classroom one day.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to make my own Digital Portfolio, I got practice on making excel sheets and advertisement flyers. I learned so much to be able to use in my classroom.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely take the class in person, it's easier when problems arise to talk to Kris then doing it on your own online at home. The class is very do-able just make sure to stay on top of all the deadlines.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I didn't think it was needed for my degree, although the requirements for my degree think otherwise. It was boring and the teacher was hard to communicate with...plus, it took over 3 weeks at one point to even get the next assignment.

    Course highlights:

I did like that we created a portfolio filled with things that I will actually use when I become a teacher.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take it online. I have friends who took it in person and they said there was literally no point in coming to class, especially since the teacher herself rarely showed up on time (if she even showed up at all).
