Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

You get to design so many cool thing. It is an absolute essential tool for engineering! The software is easy to lean and the school has many resources to help you. The teacher is really nice and helpful and funny. I will most definitely use this in my future.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to model 3-D objects on a computer and good to assemble those parts. I can make an engine with all its individual parts and assemble it on the computer to see if everything works.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay ahead. Don't get behind or you will struggle and stress way more than you should. The school provides all the resources you need to succeed. Use them!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend it because the class has a good number of TAs there to help. The professor is fun, understanding, and willing to help. There is no homework due dates but you do have work to get done. The professor even do much of the homework with you.

    Course highlights:

I learned to use the Solid Works program and you have a chance to receive a certification for that that will help you in the future. I love the fact that we do much of the homework in class and you apply much of what you've learned in high school there.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Dont get behind on the assignments and always use the tutors. Also, download the solidworks program as soon as possible so you can work with the professor in class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it teaches the fundamentals of designing parts and machines in a CAD software called SolidWorks. It is one of the basic courses of engineering and prepares you to be able to think design and test your ideas before you go to the shop and begin building them. It opens your eyes on how to read the blue prints printed off that engineers have to read and is over all a well qualifying course for engineering.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to design parts using a CAD software. I learned the basics of understanding the engineering prior to getting into the math and physics and everything.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I would say that this is a must take course. It sets you up for success throughout the rest of your engineering career.
