Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class gives you so much learning opportunity as you read books written by Supreme Court Judges and other famous judicial branch authors. At the end of the semester, we test our knowledge on the Judicial branch by performing a simulation on supreme court cases. This is a very invigorating class.

    Course highlights:

The whole course was very interesting. We learned so much about different roles of the judicial branch. More specifically, we learned about each supreme court judge and their roles in the court. The videos and the books helped us gain better understanding of the role of the judicial branch. The highlight of the course was the simulation we did as we played a role as separate positions in the judicial branch.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Just make sure you read the assigned chapters on time, you can even get ahead in the readings if you want to. The assigned readings is the only homework assigned apart from the research paper due at the end of the semester.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The class was interesting and was full of new, engaging material. We often got to work with other people and have important class discussion. This allows everyone to express their opinions. New insights are able to be offered in the class, which enhances everyone's education.

    Course highlights:

The teacher always made sure everyone in the classroom was actively participating, which allowed all the students to feel comfortable enough to express their opinions. We were able to learn a lot about international politics, as well as how to apply the principles we learned.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

It's so important that students in this course do every single reading assignment. There is not enough time in class for the teacher to go over all the important material. The assignments are not busy work and are extremely important in really learning the material.
