    Course Overview:

    This course allows you to get to know the basics of finance and how to properly organize your transactions. It helps you to understand one of the greater fundamentals when it comes to running a business and prepares you for your future career.

    Course highlights:

    The greatest highlights of this course was learning how financial statements and transactions were kept in order. you learn about the Accounting Cycle, which shows you how financial advisers prepare financial statements that represent the companies spending habits.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    I would suggest students contemplating taking this course to read the textbook and really try to understand what you are reading. The textbook breaks down the class as much as possible and gives you many examples to help you understand. Also, make sure that you are keeping up with your homework along with the course schedule, so that you can obtain help from your teacher if needed.

    Course Overview:

    Honestly, the best class I've ever taken. I walked out with a love of accounting, and an understanding of what I was doing. I felt like I could ask questions without being made fun of. Brother Packard is very clear in his expectations.

    Course highlights:

    Humor while teaching! I learned about financial statements, fraud prevention, reconciliation, and to love accounting.

    9-11 hours

    Don't slack off at the beginning.
