Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

She's very knowledgeable about what she teaches, big help outside of class and well in responding to emails. I learned a lot from this class and the homework was easy. Time consuming, but easy.

    Course highlights:

Well taught biochemistry. And the most I learned was about vitamins, minerals, supplements and labels, and meal planning.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Use her study sessions! Complete the preparation workbooks each week before the next class.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is not only entertaining, but the course material is applicable to everyday life no matter what your major is. The professor is easy to work with and has lots of practical experience in her this subject.

    Course highlights:

We learn basic nutrition and how to apply it in daily life. Basic nutrition for infants and children. Also, there is a section on digestion and basic anatomy of digestion.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the homework before class and goo to the weekly study sessions because the TA's are really smart and helpful. Also, pass off the test competency the first week, this allows for more one-on-one attention from the TA.
