Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Amazing teacher. Really does well explaining key concepts and ideas in a way that makes sense

    Course highlights:

I got to experience what I wanted to experience. As a class we sat down and he asked us what we wanted to experience; guest speakers, field trips, experiments, etc. it made things more comfortable

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Ask questions. Pay attention and take good notes.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Brother Wooley made Psychology 111 so much fun! It was a very informative class and always fun to see what we would learn about next. This class was not easy but it was definitely one of my favorite because of Brother Wooley’s fun filled teaching methods.

    Course highlights:

Towards the end of the semester we trained chicks (baby chickens), which was great. Throughout the semester, we would hold exam class study sessions. This included the entire class and conducted entirely by the students. We each had a study guide that we would go through and share what we knew on that point. Brother Wooley would be there to help guide us in the right direction, but never to lecture.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice for PSYCH 111 would be to study but don’t get in too deep (unless you are a psych major). This course will really help make sense of life and the reason we are the way we are, but you might see yourself trying to diagnose yourself as well as others with mental illnesses.
