Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Mr. Zacherson was a great teacher. He really cared that we learned the material and he was very good at explaining the difficult concepts.

    Course highlights:

The best part was coming away with an understanding of some of the underlying forces and reasons why things in our universe work the way that they do.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to pay attention to the way that the Prof. teaches you how to solve problems. Physics problems can best be solved using methods that may be different that in other disciplines.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend this class because it teaches you how to solve problems. You do not just learn how to solve physics problems but you learn a process to solve any kind of problems you encounter. It is a difficult class but you learn how to thoughtfully problem solve.

    Course highlights:

I thought that one of the highlights of the class was learning the truth behind physics. We learned that a lot of the things we had previously thought about physics (from high school) was incorrect or only partially true. It was interesting to see how my understanding of the world around me changed just by taking the class and having to logically think through things.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise other students to take the class with intent to broaden your understanding and learn new things. The class is required so a lot of people went into the class just for a grade which is fine but you will learn a lot more and actually enjoy the class if you are interested and willing to learn.
