    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    Everyone should understand how their bodies function! This is a fun and insightful class that not only challenges you but teaches you information you won't forget the next semester.

    Course highlights:

    Learning about the complexity of the heart is so exciting!

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    Read, read, read! And take lots of notes! Oh, and missing class is not an option if you want anything higher than a C.

    Course Overview:

    Brother Facer is a great teacher and will help you if you have questions. He explains things very clearly and everything he teaches is applicable to every day life

    Course highlights:

    I loved the experiments such as learning to take blood pressure, finding out what my blood type is and many more hands on experiments,

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Memorize, memorize, memorize. You will have to memorize many things in this class. the urinary tract, reproductive systems, and many more things pertaining to the human anatomy.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    Professor Shaw teaches towards long term retention and makes you critically think through problems. His ability to explain concepts is amazing, and his fun facts have stuck in my mind for years.

    Course highlights:

    It is paramount to understand physiology if pursuing a healthcare field. This class has helped me get a great grasp on physiology that has allowed me to enter medical school well prepared.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Be prepared to study. On those nice days when everyone is outside, you might have to be in the library, but it is worth it.
