    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I think that I would have enjoyed this course more if the teacher was more enthusiastic while teaching. It was extremely hard for me to have the desire to get up at 8am and listen to a 90 minute lecture about history that didn't apply to my major. I literally wanted to fall asleep in every class period.

    Course highlights:

There were few highlights to this class. Not saying it to be negative, this class was just extremely hard to get through. I did however enjoy the pieces of history and art that I got to learn about. Our professor has traveled all around the world, and shared several pictures that he had taken on his trips; he had some cool stories to tell!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would highly recommend taking good notes in this class. It will help you to stay awake, and it will benefit you when you go to take the tests.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I never quite understood the concept of humanities until I took this course with Brother Williams. It is a beautiful experience because what you take from this class is so valuable and sacred in a way. I feel like I came to better understand who I am as well as further appreciate the beauty in all things of this world. You will be able to truly dissect the purpose behind some of the greatest creations.

    Course highlights:

In this course you will study a variation of concepts like art, music, literature, film, photography, etc. I never expected to learn what I did in this class because you think you know about these different areas, but you really don't. There is so much deeper purpose and meaning behind every detail, word, and note. I learned that there is beauty in so many things, and that we have truly been blessed with these creations. We have the power to create and to express. This is one of the most powerful concepts we have in our lifetime.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

It is important to listen to his lecture because a lot of what he teaches in the class will be on your exams. Take really good notes because it will be your study guide for the exams. His assignments vary depending on what unit you are on, but they generally range from quizzes, written assignments, and readings. It is important to study for his exams because they can be tough at times, but not impossible to do well on.
