Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Actually this course is not so easy to score but you need to know better and practice technical skills, humanity skills and conceptual skills. The other reasons why I choose this course is because I want to apply the values of a leader in myself and also provide general knowledge about human resources. Many people want to be a leader but they do not know how to be a good leader.

    Course highlights:

By studying this course, I had learn that it is not easy to lead any organization without knowledge and nothing. We cannot control our own organization if we do not know nothing about human resources and also communication between co-workers also cannot be reached. An organization will be chaos and unstable. So, we need to learn about the management of human resources before we lead any organization.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

My study tips is you should know your classmates pretty well. This is a good point in time to select a couple of study partners who you know you work well with and are motivated to achieve good grades also. We also must be positive and open-minded. Do not envy to other person and make a study plan first.
