    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend it because its important for future managers, leaders or business owners to understand how people behave in an organisation, what influnces negative or positive behaviours, how to motivate towards desirable behaviour for organisational success. Human resource as the most crucial asset of the organisation thus must be understood so that one can manage them to achieve organisational goals at the same time in a harmonious work environment.

    Course highlights:

Leadership Styles e.g transformational, transactional, autocratic, democratic, trait theories Motivation theories e. g self efficacy, two factor theory, hierachy of needs Power, politics, conflict management, culture, personalities

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to understand it better, you need to have the correct mindset, think like a leader or business owner who require information on how to manage organisational behaviors that threaten your business or success. This will make you concentrate more because your mind is set on depending on this module for your future success.
