This class was tough.
I would recommend this course as it teaches you so much including but not limited to how to budget, what to invest in and how interest rates affect your investments. This information is so helpful (even just for your personal finances) regardless of whether you are majoring in subject area or not.
I gained a heap of knowledge! For me I really found learning about investments the best! I learnt that having heaps of cash in your bank account isn't the best way to invest your money as you won't get the best return on your investment. Instead you should be aiming to have a diversified portfolio (invest your money in a range of different securities).

Advice for students:
I cant emphasises enough how crucial it is to do heaps of practise questions. This was the only way that I was able to take what we learnt in class and apply it. By consistently doing practise questions you gain a better understanding of the content you are learning in class
