I think nutrition is an important back round to have for life, and especially if you are perusing the medical field.
I learned that what it actually means to be FIT. You can not exercise your way to good health, and you can not eat your way to good health, it is a balance of both. 75% what you eat, 25% of what you do.

It would have personally benefited me to have taken a basic biology class before hand at a college level, not just a high school level, and I might have come out with better grades.
