Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Biology is great, even though this is just a general studies course, it is still fascinating, this class takes you 1 step closer to understanding everything that it takes to make this world that we live in function.

    Course highlights:

My favorite part was probably learning about each of the different animal phyla, more specifically the Ateroidea (starfish), it was so fascinating. I learned so many things, we got the chance to dissect many of these organisms and it gave us a better understanding of the organisms and how they functioned.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the labs!!! And go to lab!!! The assignments are to terribly difficult, and they really help you understand what is being taught to you, it's just that much more background into what you will be learning, even if you aren't a biology major, this course is still very fun to be a part of.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it was a very thorough course on learning about living organisms and systems within us.

    Course highlights:

Cellular structure and details of a cell. It's important to know how the body functions on a microscopic level in order to understand the whole organism.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

There is a lot of memorizing in a biology course, so get plenty study flash cards on hand. Be diligent and on top of weekly reading, don't wait for last minute to read and study.
