Not too easy. Not too difficult.
This course is extremely beneficial. Not everybody gets the opportunity to learn about health and nutrition. Growing up, many students just had their parents do the grocery shopping or had their PE teacher tell them to do specific workouts. Now, being on your own, students don't have the luxury of being told what to do and this course helps to understand the idea of nutrition and exercise and how they are extremely beneficial to your health in the long run.
I learn many different things. One of the things that really stood out to me was the nutrition section of this course. I really didn't know a whole lot about food but by going through carbohydrates and good and bad fats, I learned a whole lot about what is truly healthy for me and what may just seem healthy.

Advice for students:
I would tell students that although it may seem really easy and even boring at parts, it is very important to go to class and take notes. Even though it may be annoying now, in the long run it will benefit you tremendously.
