    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to anyone beginning in college as it provided a foundation between High School essay writing verses writing a persuasive essay that involved my reader. It's a different writing style than I was used to and it helped me to be more direct and focused with my research and supporting documentation. It taught me how to relate to my audience in a more personal way.

    Course highlights:

I learned to be more thoughtful about the audience than my own personal ideals.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I would encourage users to look beyond their writing and more into what they are trying to relay to their audience.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Hampton treated his class as if he was a publisher and the students were aspiring writers. He pushed students to the best of their ability and was not afraid to be harsh because he knew they had the potential to do well in his class.

    Course highlights:

I learned what publishers expect while reading the writings of others. I am confident I am prepared for future classes where writing essays plays a significant part in the classwork.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

One will get out of this course what he/she puts in. Professor Hampton runs the class as he pleases, so take his advice and use it as best as you can in your essays.
