    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Professor Rebman does an amazing job explaining the material even though there's so much information to take in. The course has to move very fast and I wouldn't have understood accounting without his explanations and examples. He goes above and beyond in class and outside of class. He even makes videos of problems and explains them.

    Course highlights:

I learned so much in this course. I learned how to interpret financial statements, how to prepare them, how to see how a company is doing, etc. Now every time I see any kind of company printout I can pick up what the numbers means.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to study in the first 4 chapters. They are essential to understand the rest of the course and you can really fall behind without understanding them. If you don't understand something, joing accounting club or ask the professor.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I took this course as part of and online, accelerated program. The material covered is a quality introduction to Accounting, and Prof. Hill is very helpful. As this is an online study, the student must be attentive to any postings of possible website downtime.

    Course highlights:

This is an intro to financial accounting. It helped me to understand more about keeping books, creating reports, and billing statements, among other topics.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Form a study group, so if you aren't clear, you can bounce ideas off other students.
