Pretty easy, overall.
This is a very rigorous course that requires a lot of study time. There is a lot of information to be learned in a short period of time. Dr. Gana made the class very enjoyable but as a student you must stay on top of your studies. Make flash cards and go over the slides and complete all of the study guides she give out.
My favorite part of the class was connecting calculations to population outcome. The population genetics lab was also very interesting. We isolated our own DNA to examine. STAY ON TOP OF YOUR STUDIES!

Advice for students:
STAY ON TOP OF STUDYING! All of the information will be necessary at the end of the course. The final is cumulative. It's 150 multiple choice questions that are worth two test grades. It could be a blessing or a curse.
