Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is an absolutely amazing course that really allows you to better understand minorities and the challenges that they face. You will walk away with a greater understanding of minorities the history of slavery for many different races and you will even learn what exactly race is and how it is viewed in today's society.

    Course highlights:

I learned so much primarily because I had a willingness to learn the material. In other words, I would encourage you to have an open mind and not get defensive with what you will be learning. Mr. Satterlund makes it fairly easy for you and he is a phenomenal professor who interacts with you on a frequent basis and I took this class online!! Even though it was online, I didn't feel excluded or even like it was online.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

This is an awesome course that really delves into history and the origin of many inconsistencies and prejudice that this country is about currently. So again please have an open mind and try to look at it from many different perspectives.
