    Advice for students:

I have been learning so many skills which are helping to improve myself as a college student Those. I think would help you to be successful in the future. When you becoming a Master Student you have to apply those strategies. I should tell you about for tools I have learned will help you to be prepared to your new challenges, such as how to manage your time, how to set your goals and how to be a successful test taker. You will need to plan and practice what to, when, and how long this activity will take to be done. “First Things First” it is a book wrote by Stephen Covey and he explains what are what you have to in first place. You have to have in mind for example, you are going to find time to study and do your assignments, work, For example, when you get up in the morning how long do you spend to do simple things, like taking a shower, breakfast, get ready to leave, etc. There is some sources that you may use to help you out, regular agendas, smartphones calendar and taking notes you will be able to find in app store. Remember you always have to set the alarm to remind you your appointments. In the book Becoming a Master Student we can find other things you have to do to set some specifics goals, first step is write down your goals, doing that you set always specific goals in the chapter settings and achieving goals there is some directions we have to follow, for example, Graduate in Education instead just to get a good education, read 30 minutes, listen music’s and audio books, and do some English Grammar exercises each day to improve my English skills instead watching television. To learn English as a second language you have to set goals for each one. To be able to understand and comprehend your future you have to keep in your mind that you must set long term goals, Midterm goals, and short term goals evaluating all the time. Just remember there will be obstacles that you have to overcome and act immediately after you set your goals. The last thing that I would like to share with you is the learning stile. What is that means? To Becoming a Master student you will have to Improve and find the better way to learn all the content, so there is pattern to gather it You have to figure it out what kind of learner you are, for example if you are Auditory Learner, Visual Learner or Kinesthetic Learner. And the paths of thinking are ( there is 6 Level ) first, Remembering: that means that you use the key question Can I recall facts, terms or events if your instructor ask you to remember about your driver class and ask what s the meaning of different s signs and plates and what is the meaning of the red, yellow and green lights. The second is understanding so if your remember the meaning of those signs you have to understand what they are stand for, like if you see a red light you have to understand that you have to stop, The third level is Applying so if you remember all the things that you learned in the drive class and understood the meaning of those test you will be ready to practice and take the road test. Analyzing is the next one after you take the driving class you are going to be able to analyze if you are able to be a driver and get your driver license after you take the road test. That is just an example how the level works. The other 2 steps is evaluating the learning process and the last one is to creating something. that those advices helped me a lot understanding the whole process and be successful in my first term at the Columbia College.
