Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is a good course if you are interested in anything in the music field, whether it be being a musician, working behind stage with the technical aspects, or are more interested in the science behind acoustics.

    Course highlights:

We covered parts of the ear, a bit of acoustics of sound and science, and how two mics with one source affects the overall sound quality. We dabbled in a bit of each major; acoustics, live and installed, and audio design and production which was really cool as well.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Always print out the powerpoint notes before class and take notes during the lecture. Go to the Supplemental Instruction sessions each week as well because they are a great recap and helpful tool for the next week's lecture and quizzes.
