    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Loved this class, it was a great intro to the american political system and professor Schwartz is so funny! I would definitely recommend taking this class with a lab, as a first semester freshman and new to DC the lab component of this class really helped me get integrated into the city. we toured the pentagon, sat in on a supreme court hearing and had a ton of interesting guest speakers.

    Course highlights:

the highlight of the course was definitely the lab component. I would urge first semester freshman to take this class to get introduced to american government as well as DC, their new city.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

A quality education for public school learning. Relevant subjects that will help you transition into college.

    Course highlights:

Final project was difficult. Students had to do more research outside the internet. Interviewing local politicians and even new reporters to gather historical data. It lasted all semester long but was rewarding to submit the final project.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

This course is for students who want to learn about U.S. Political History, Former Presidents and current political events.
