    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class was the best way to learn about intercultural communication. There were a lot of concepts that were new to me, that I found to still be extremely relevant (both in an academic setting and just an overall social setting). Professor Haro is very passionate about what she does, and it is obvious in her work that she puts forth in teaching the class.

    Course highlights:

Social injustices are currently hot topics in society. This course taught a lot of ideas on different concepts of social injustice and prejudice, and how we may have been taught to contribute to the problem without realizing. I did a lot of self-reflection during this course.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Be in class; there is a lot of material to cover. Also, every quiz is taken on an electronic device, so make sure you have a laptop or tablet with you in every class session.

She is an amazing professor and is very passionate in what she teaches. You learn so much about other cultures but also a little about yourself. Would HIGHLY recommend her.

My highlights were the different videos we would watch. You would get a peak into the life of someone of a different culture as you..

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

I would say just stay on top of the readings and you will do fine in this class. Also make sure you are in attendance.
